Make sure that the directories you create are in EXACTLY the same location specified in the instructions, and with the exact same spelling and wording as listed. The information that is copied to the registry gives very specific locations for the Xhorse drivers. Go to open the folder "Toyota techstream 10.30.029", open text document "Serie" and copy the key number in it, and paste it into the blank key after "New key" and click ok, register successfully.įor those of you who have commented on successfully seeing the connector work via the firmware update tool, but not able to connect using the Techstream software, I think I know why. Techstream V10.30.029 installation need the key according to the ID, the file contains one key to crack it. I was advised better run techstream on old windows XP, but I run on Win7 pro 32bit, it works. USB port plugs to laptop, the other end goes to the OBD2 port.
